  • Lower Overhead Costs

There are significant savings in overhead costs when using a temporary employee vs. the costs you would normally have to provide to your internal employees. Health benefits, workers compensations, unemployment, employer taxes, job ad and recruitment costs, etc.

  • Get to Try Before Committing

A great benefit of using an agency is that you can employ “temp to hire workers.” This gives you the ability work with a candidate closely and decide if they will be a great addition to your team before committing to hiring them.
